Shirley Jane Leclerc
February 9, 1942 – March 5, 2014
Shirley Jane (Boyle) Leclerc of Rte 3 passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH from complications of surgery. She was 72.
Born on February 9, 1942 in Lincoln, NH, she was the daughter of James R. and Blanche R. (Beauchene) Boyle.
Shirley was raised in Lincoln and was a 1960 graduate of Lincoln High School. After high school she was employed in the office at the Franconia Paper Company in Lincoln.
On October 6, 1962, she married Robert J. Leclerc.
In addition to being a homemaker, she was employed for more than 20 years in the hospitality industry.
She was a lifelong communicant of St. Joseph Church and was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary in Lincoln. She was an avid Boston Red Sox Fan and enjoyed gardening.
Besides her parents, she is pre-deceased by her husband Robert who died January 22, 2008, a sister Sandra Borginis, and a brother in law Dale Whitman.
She leaves her son Michael Leclerc of Lincoln, NH and a daughter Lisa Morrissette of Standish, ME, a granddaughter Sydney Morrissette and grandson Cameron Morrissette both of Standish, ME, a sister Susan Whitman of Lincoln, NH and a brother Randy Boyle and wife Charlene of Lincoln, NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Saturday, March 8 at St. Joseph Church, 25 Church St, Lincoln, NH. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall. Burial will be in the spring at Riverside Cemetery, Lincoln.
There are no calling hours.
