Zachary Dovholuk of O’Kane Avenue passed peacefully at home on September 4, 2015 surrounded by loved ones after a lifelong battle with a rare Liver disorder.
Born on September 15, 1987 in Littleton, NH, he was the son of Bruce and Deborah (Ingerson) Dovholuk.
Zachary grew up between Bethlehem and Littleton and was 2006 graduate of Profile High School. He then attended Keene State College for four years where he studied history education.
He enjoyed playing golf, camping, target practice, fireworks and spending time around the campfire at “The Church”. He was a die-hard Yankees fan. Zachary also had a passion for snowboarding at Cannon Mountain where he once was a snowboard instructor. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Zachary was employed as a server at Gordi’s Fish and Steak House in Lincoln for the past eleven years. The crew at Gordi’s became a second family to him.
Zachary will be remembered for his humor, compassion, acceptance of others and for his deep love of friends, family and animals. He is survived by his father Bruce Dovholuk of Littleton, his mother Debbie Dovholuk and step father Michael Paquette of Bethlehem; two brothers Lonnie Dovholuk and his Fiancee Nicole MacKay along with their children Ivan and Hadley all of Littleton and Todd Dovholuk and his daughter Isabella of Naples, FL; his cat, Trigger; childhood best friends, Dave, Nate, Alex, Jon, Mark, and Taylor. Many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins who he loved very much.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 pm, Saturday, September 12 at The Land in Littleton, New Hampshire.
