Obituary

Robert "Bobby" Kennedy, 83, North Woodstock, NH, passed away from after a long battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease on Friday Sept 27, 2019 at the Lafeyette Health Care Center in Franconia, NH. He was born in Gorham New Hampshire on April 29th 1936 to George and Corinne (Barret) Kennedy. He graduated Gorham High School in 1954 where he joined the Air Force not long after. Robert married Ursula Robisch in 1960, they went their separate ways in 1978

Robert grew up in Gorham, and after his time in the military lived in Weirs Beach and Holyoke, MA, before settling in North Woodstock in 1990, where he worked for Glen Press. He was in sales and he was very good at it, he was the first in the area to sell projection televisions, he was always chasing that rainbow and had lots of different ventures. Robert loved old movies and listening Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley and The Four Aces and his favorite meal was a Whopper Jr with no cheese or onions.

Robert is survived by his three children, Kevin Kennedy of Potsdam Germany, Kathleen Saffo of Benton,NH, and Stephanie Kennedy of Gorham, NH, three grandchildren Erich Saffo of Benton, NH and John and Amalia Jaguten of Sweden, a brother Brian Kennedy of CA, and two nieces, Terry Walker and Jodie Ristrom, and a nephew Keith Parent of Gorham, as well as three cousins Carol Hensley, and Patty and Donna Losier. Robert loved his grandchildren very much and always had a tear in his eye when he could speak to them. His nephew Kim Parent is with Robert up in heaven along with Roberts sister Joanne.
