James H. Fadden Jr., 64 of 29 School St, North Woodstock passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 in Littleton, NH. James Hill Fadden was born at Littleton Hospital on December 1, 1954. A lifelong resident of North Woodstock he attended Lin-Wood Public Schools graduating in June of 1973. On January 20, 1971 Jimmy achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout. He was a longtime entrepreneur and was the owner/operator of Fadden Construction and Fadden’s General Store of North Woodstock.
Jim entered the Political arena as Selectman in the 1990’s serving the community that he loved faithfully for the remainder of his life. Jim was a past president of The Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club and president of the NH Maple Producers Association.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Suzanne Fadden; two sons: James H. Fadden and wife Kristyn, John W. Fadden and wife Cassidy; grandchildren: Maggie, Brynn, Seamus and Paisley; his mother Mary Fadden; brothers: William N. Fadden and Aaron T. Fadden and partner Nicole Tewksbury all of North Woodstock as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father James H Fadden Sr.
Calling hours will be held from 1:00-4:00 Saturday, December 15 at Fournier-Hale Funeral Home, 144 Main Street, North Woodstock, NH. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Town of Woodstock/Cascade Park Fountain P.O.Box 156 North Woodstock 03262.
