Marilyn A. “Cookie” Tarnok of Forest Ridge passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, September 7, 2017 at her home.  She was 75.

Born on April 28, 1942, she was the daughter of Frank and Mildred (O’Brien) Cullen.

Marilyn was a longtime resident of  Queens, NY and was a graduate of Jamaica High School.

She retired from Verizon and moved to Lincoln, NH where she had resided for the past 21 years.

She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Lincoln and was an accomplished homemaker.

She also enjoyed the company of her pet “Misty”.

She leaves her husband of 53 years, Mathias “Marty” Tarnok of Lincoln, NH; a brother Frank Cullen and wife Emily of Virginia Beach, VA; two sisters Joyce Britland and husband Roger of Queens, NY and Patricia Otte and husband Kenneth of Lynbrook, NY; brother & sister in laws

Robert & Kathy Tarnok of Pompano Beach & Tampa, FL and Glendale, NY and Mrs Edward (Audrone) and Edward Tarnok of Manhattan, NY; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Tuesday, September 12 at St. Joseph Church in Lincoln, NH.  Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Lincoln. Calling hours will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Monday, Sept 11 at Fournier-Hale Funeral Home, 144 Main Street, No. Woodstock, NH.
